Sarah Jenkins

Senior Vinyasa & Restorative Yoga Instructor

"Yoga is not about touching your toes, it's about what you learn on the way down."

A Journey of Discovery and Inner Peace

Sarah's journey into yoga began over 15 years ago during a period of intense personal stress. What started as a physical practice quickly evolved into a profound exploration of mindfulness, self-compassion, and inner peace. She found solace and strength on her mat, discovering a deep connection between mind, body, and spirit that transformed her life.

Driven by a desire to share these transformative benefits, Sarah dedicated herself to extensive training. She completed her 200-hour Hatha Yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India, the birthplace of yoga, immersing herself in ancient traditions and philosophies. Later, she pursued advanced certifications in Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga, and Pranayama, allowing her to offer a diverse and holistic approach to her students.

Her teaching philosophy centers on creating a safe, inclusive, and empowering space for all practitioners. Sarah believes that yoga is accessible to everyone, regardless of age, body type, or experience level. She encourages students to listen to their bodies, honor their unique journeys, and cultivate a sense of curiosity and playfulness in their practice. Her classes are known for their thoughtful sequencing, clear instruction, and a gentle yet challenging approach that nurtures both physical strength and mental clarity.
